Local Community
We host local vendors at our stalls to support small/local businesses.
AT THE REQUEST OF SHOP KEEPERS IN NEW ASH GREEN and the MANAGING AGENTS, I am pleased to announce that we are going to hold a Christmas Market in the Shopping Centre in conjunction with the Children’s Workshop and Craft Fair at the VILLAGE HALL on SATURDAY 14th DECEMBER 2024.
There will be music (dancing if you wish) a FREE SANTA CLAUS, hot food, and lots and lots of FUN!
For further information and booking conditions, please contact nagcraftfairs@zohomail.eu as soon as possible to make sure you can be involved in this Community Project.
All profits made will be divided between THE The Community Cupboard and New Hope Animal Rescue – your involvement is necessary to ensure a fantastic attendance
If you wish to book into our 2025 dates please take note of the following:
Due to the number of vendors we already have on our books, we can only accept limited applications from the following Crafters:
Wax melts/candle makers
Knitted/crochet
Circuit/Vinyl Personalised Items/Sublimation
We have a maximum of 2 types of craft at any event. Once we reach capacity for each type of craft, we will not be accepting any more.
You may apply for any number of Indoor Craft fairs a year however, if overbooked for your particular craft, please be prepared to go onto a Waiting List and we will confirm which dates have been successful and which are over-subscribed.
All items at these events must be handmade or have an element of creativity applied by the vendor.
Children’s Workshops and Family Fun Days have a wider scope of products.
For the avoidance of Scammers:
We have been running now for 6 years – check out our FB page for reviews and comments.
We do NOT request payment via PayPal – fees are placed in a “Ring-fenced” bank account.
We keep our fees as low as possible – in fact most start at £10 per stall
We do NOT employ and have no dealings with ANY THIRD-PARTY AGENTS ACTING ON OUR BEHALF.
In the event of queries, always email us.
the origins
Started 6 years ago by Liz and Claire, the markets started off originally as tabletop sales which quickly grew to the Craft Markets and Fairs you see today…
The Markets are a community project, meant to engage all members of the local area. We very much support the Shop Local philosophy. Since the COVID Pandemic our Markets have become a lifeline to both local sellers and our customers. Our team worked hard to ensure that all our events were COVID safe during a time that events were being cancelled our model for holding these events was so secure that we were still able to run our December 2020 markets despite Tier 3 lockdown restrictions.

Founder and Organiser
“I deal with finding the venue, vendors, and all associated paperwork. I arrange the method statements and risk assessments for the venue, vendors and customers. Printing of banners, posters, leaflets etc and arranging with local shops to display”
Claire
Co-Organiser
“I met Liz 6 years ago when she put up a post saying she was looking to organise a community indoor boot/craft fair and wanted help to organise. My role is generally to plan the layout of venue and allocation of stalls/pitches.”
