NAG CRAFT FAIRS AND MARKETS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please make sure that you read these carefully.

By paying your pitch fees you are accepting these conditions.

Organiser’s decision is final.

We are not a commercial venture, we are a community project and as such our organisers are volunteers. It takes a lot of organisation to run these events.


• Indoor events are strictly 1 table only. You may place a small bench at the front of your table providing that it does not invade onto the walkway.

• We cannot guarantee a position for you. If you have a specific request such as near a power point, please let us know and we will try to accommodate where necessary.

• You may do 3 indoor events with us and as many outdoor events as you wish. Events are planned to ensure a good mix of crafts. This is to ensure everyone gets a fair chance at a successful event. You may show interest in further indoor events and let us know you would like to be considered in the event of a cancellation being available.

• Once paid, your fee is only refundable or transferable if we cancel the event.

• Please ensure that your fees is paid on the date stated in your invitation email. We will not hold your spot for longer thatn this period.

• Stall holders are responsible for publishing the events on social media.

• You are expected to stay the duration of the event. Please do not pack up early or leave the event early.

• Please ensure you communicate any problems with your attendance as soon as possible so we can assist. Our email nagcraftfairs@zohomail.eu is regularly monitored by the team and we will respond as soon as possible.

• Stall holders are responsible to putting their chairs and tables away and clearing away any rubbish once the event has finished.

• You are registered for selling a particular item or craft. Please contact us to update the details if you intend on selling something new. Markets are planned so that we do not have the same items next door to each other. Please do not bring items made by another crafter unless you have been given permission.

• Indoor events are handmade items only. The only exceptions to this condition are Usborne Books and some charities.

All stall/pitch applications should be made via email on Nagcraftfairs@zohomail.eu or via the link on the website (preferable).

• We do not grant exclusivity to anyone. Even the organisers face competition for their items. In the event that we have reached capacity for a particular item you may be asked not to bring certain products.
